Running in Regents Park We are starting an informal group of runners in Regents Park. All standards are welcome. We hope to do a mile circuit after warm up and stretching running steady and as far as you wish then after we get to know peoples standard we can start an handicap race. Then possibly if one wishes to retire to a bar after for a chat.We will be meeting by the lake at the Baker St entrance. Sounds like a plan and it is steak night in Wetherspoons on Tuesday. You can see how seriously I am taking the training can't you? Is someone going to look after the hit (i.e bags) or are we going to have to do the run with a bag on? What time are we meeting? | ||
