Well - the problem is always the same in cases like this. If Amanda Knox really is guilty then I hope she remains in jail where she should be. If she really is innocent then it's a miscarriage of justice that she's in jail at all - and if she can make something of a "compensatory fortune" from her celebrity status that will help repair the damage that this miscarriage of justice has done to her life then I, for one, wish her good luck with it. The problem is we don't know. All we can do is hope that the truth will become known - the right truth, whatever it is - and that justice, either way, is done. *UPDATE* Model(s) for "how to" bondage photographs (and other bondage photographs) have now been found. Is this based on evidence presented in court or bollocks fed to the press by David Marriott of Gogerty Stark Marriott, the Seattle based Public Relations firm retained by the Knox family? As the Appeal isn't due to happen until November 24th, I suspect you are merely speculating based on something you read which was a well presented load of plausible and vague hooey. That two of the posters here think that the primary evidence against this defendant is the way that she looks would appear a strong argument for abandoning jury trials. Evidence, evidence, evidence... Of course the demeanour of someone giving their evidence, whether they appear to be giving a truthful account IS evidence... S.x.

Thank you for that diagnosis Dr House. In one step you have divined someone's condition and done away with the need for a legal system. Rohypnol means never having to say "Would you like another coffee?".
