Hi all

Does anyone have any feedback/information they can give me on the above clinic please. Has anyone attended appointments there or know anyone who has as Im trying to find out how it performs in relation to Charing Cross. Thanks.

Well for me, hitting my head against a brick wall would have been more effective than trying to make progress with Leeds GC through the NHS.

I've settled for living as a woman by my own rules and system, its the easier way. Only downside is no hormones, but suspect its a major challenge to get them out of them anyway!

Have heard others around here say bad things about them too, so not just me

I've also heard of lots of problems from friends in the leeds/sheffield areas.

The Clinic here in Glasgow was brilliant, but it's been a couple of years since i've been there, so don't know what it's like now. I had a friend, who moved up, transistioned here, then shifted south again. Would that be worth considering?

Thanks for the information, I do need to ensure that she will receive the best possible treatment from the NHS and if I decide that Leeds is not suitable then I will ask for a new referral to be made. Any other feedback would be appreciated thanks.

Ohhohoho - you think one gets a choice over which GIC one gets sent to? There's contracts, donchaknow, and because it's provided under the banner of mental health, you take what you're given.
