Well guys hope youre making the most of the 5 weekend month apparently it only happens once every 802 years.

So if as usual nothing happens on the extra weekend by the time the next party comes along on Saturday August 6th everyone should be ready for another great nite of fetish fun.

Well last months party was turned into another barbi by popular request and once again we had the luck with the weather and we had a great turnout of Cottage newbies in addition to a good few making a return visit after joining us for the first time in June

So here we are going for the hat trick with the weather as August is always one of our Bar B Que Party months so if you fancy joining us for another great night of Fetish Fun if your known to us or have been before just add your name to the list at the top of the thread but it would also be good if you left a quick post on the thread as well (particularly if you have others coming with you)saying whos in your crowd as judging anticipated numbers from the list at the top is very hit and miss. If youre not known to us or have never been before then could we ask that you contact us either by memo or on the partyline number thats shown on here to request an invite as we have to stress that The Cottage is a BY INVITE ONLY EVENT .

Heres a little bit of advance notice for you that as we normally do on a Bank Holiday weekend in conjunction with Dave at KAGE were having one of our KAGE AFTERPARTIES on the Bank Holiday Sunday thats SUNDAY AUGUST 28 TH Starts at 8.30 PM after KAGE comes to a close and will be as the AFTERPARTYS always are SLEEPOVER events [so if you dont fancy driving home and have nothing planned for the Bank Holiday then bring your Duvet or Sleeping Bag and just crash out we might even manage croissents and coffee on Monday morning LOL] and yes before you ask we.ll be doing vouchers for those who attend both events which will be valid for the September Cottage Party which will be as scheduled on Sept 3rd we were intending to drop it back a week but are unable to to that now as were sure the Fetish Weekender in Manchester that weekend will be a great event and wouldnt wish to clash.

And a final plea to everyone in relation to both Parties can we ask that when you bring along your bar contribution please avoid bringing wine as were still inundated with the stuff spirits and cans of bitter or lager are what would go down best at the moment remembering that mixers soft drinks and tea and coffee are unlike at other events totally free at The Cottage Fetish Parties and that there is always a full buffet or Bar B Que on offer all evening.

.......... A LITTLE ABOUT THE COTTAGE AND THE FETISH PARTIES........... .

The Cottage is a property in East Lancashire dedicated to the provision of hedonistic delights.

The Cottage is avaliable for private hire,hosts various events such as slave party days, is avaliable for photo shoots and suchlike. is the meeting place for several small group meetings but is probrably best known for our monthly fetish parties which are private by invitation only events which i would imagine is what you were looking for information about We ensure we have a good mix at the parties male/female gay/straight single/couple sub/dom and yes we do actually have a few places allocated each month for suitable single males which is one of the reasons why we are by invite only as opposed to being a way of only allowing our friends to come along in fact we believe our parties thrive on the new blood we have attending each month.The parties are now held on the first saturday of the month although we have been known to put a couple of extra ones in now and again as well as doing a couple of specials each year like our still talked of infamous bar-b-que.

The cottage consists of a small underground reasonably well eqpt dungeon with full wall mirror, cage, examination table, st andrews cross and spanking bench.

A conventional ground floor[well apart from the odd piece of art and gimp mask].

On the first floor we have our main dressing room which we believe contains the largest selection of fetish clothing and footwar avaliable anywhere in the NW.

And is completed by the the massive bathroom with more fetish wear and eqpt for ennema and watersports play.

The cottage set up is completed by the top floor which has amongst other things a massive play bed. stocks. vac bed love swing and suspension cage.

No we dont have a website. we dont want one we are a private non profit making facility which exists for the pleasure and enjoyment of us and our friends.

loved last month but sadly im on duty in The Workhouse on the 6th so i wont be attending - but ill be at the afterparty in august and looking forward to a return to The cottage xxx
