I can not recommend these guys enough. I have a KTB from them complete with a back ring: the design is nice, the finish is excellent and the service was second to none: my questions were answered quickly (within minutes!), I received multiple emails from the proprietor to let me know the progress of my order, and it progressed very quickly. | ||

I totally concur with post below, I bought mine about 2 yrs ago - however since then, MCN has improved the design further by making it into a hinged version. Also you can incorporate a penal wand - which really puts an interesting spin on things! Further there is just not one size but 3, Mild, Intense & Severe. I bought the Intense, but then got a replacement Severe inner sleeve. It is not named as the 'Severe' lightly! I am soon hoping to buy an upgraded hinged replacement as soon as funds allow. Incidentally, but with respect I have to disagree with Patrick IndelibleMarker over his comment regrding Dungeon delight as making the 'Original' KTB. This was back in the early '90s - which MCN has replicated. They did this as the 'original' design was no longer in manufacture. Re: the Tickleberry version it has been widely reported in other Forums as being rubbish.

Agreed. I bought a KTB years ago that left me marked for a week, and didn't stop me eventually... And one cold day I managed to slip it off. MCN's intense offering is remarkable - it works! OK, it helps that the padlock hasp can stick out enough to go through a piercing, but it really leaves no visible marks when removed, just soreness, and even a confirmed masochist like me only takes it to the limit once. But be warned! You'll lose a lot of sleep, and REM sleep is important for sanity, they say. I've ordered a mild, and we'll see whether I can get a good night's sleep with that one. But if it's just a weekend's play you're after, go for MCN! The dollar/pound exchange is OK at the moment and for an exotic toy like that, it's a good deal. USE SAVLON! PS It's nice and shiny too.

Not quite sure what you are referring to (i.e. mental impotence). The longest I had my KTB[Intense]locked on was 3 1/2 days & more recently with a Severe inner sleeve was 62 hrs - which was tough.
Although not immediately at some point later I had quite a strong erection. It took about a week for cuts to heal up fully. Apart from daily bathing, application of Savlon cream 2 Xs a day helped enormously. Removal - whilst a couple of times the Intense had slipped off me by the morning (I guess during the night)- however with the Severe once locked on - it can only be removed by unlocking it. To be honest I think I can only get it on because I am a grower vs a shower. So for some it would be physically impossible to get on! Also for those familiar with the SGR (Spiked Glans Ring) I managed to combine this with the KTB. KTB on first then the SGR. @Twisted360 "but it really leaves no visible marks when removed, just soreness". Well I certainly had marks with the Intense - but then again depends on how long it is left on for!

Size of member, position of bracelet, reflexive back-out point. I can only say that the effect was strong, and there was no visible harm for me. Which sounds (to me) like a good balance.
