I've just joined this group as a way of recording my progress on my weight loss and fitness mission ![]()
I started a healthy eating plan around this time last year and have lost a total so far of 3 stone 6 pounds, but still have another 1 stone 1 pound to get to my first target, which is a healthy BMI. I had lost 4 stone but regained a little due to my marriage going tits up
I'm back on a mission again now though and will not let myself fail!
The plan is to eat well, I'm using My Fitness Pal to record my food, and I go to the gym 4 times a week. Hard work but I love it
I have a dog to walk too so I keep quite active (as well as the obvious extra working out that I get with Sir
!!).
So, today I have done my work out. I managed to run for a full 20 mins on the treadmill, which is quite an achievement for me
plus the remainder of my cardio, weights and crunches.
Anyway, that's me and my story!!
