Your memory has not failed you. It was an event called 666, held in Manchester and has now ended. It was designed to be a singles event but wasn't exclusively so. To be honest the Manchester fetish crowd are so friendly that you will fit in as a single amongst any event in the area. There is also a group aimed at younger fetishists (I'm too old to attend!!!!) in the Manchester area who offer workshops and meetings. Hope to meet you at an event in the future. Make some friends online first, then you will soon have someone to go with, or at least someone to hook up with when you arrive. The various munches usually offer meet and greet, where the organisers will welcome you and try to help you feel comfortable. Going to events on your own is pretty gruesome IMHO. I started by going to the munches - yes, alone - and found that people are very friendly. So my advice would be to plunge in and go. If you are shy phone the organizer and explain, i am sure you will be fine. | ||

There are events with single people at them all over the country, not just Manchester. This coming Thursday, you could be meeting people in Gravesend. Rohypnol means never having to say "Would you like another coffee?". | ||
