Been reading on another site something like that: "... recent reports of police arresting a crossdressing man in our village for some disturbance, though I don't know if his crossdressing contributed to it. .... As to the man I refer to, I am told it came under breach of the peace, a catch all law in Scotland meaning someone just has to prove they felt alarmed at the sight of somethng (and a crossdressing man would alarm lots of women and young children)" Is that correct interpretation of law or a scaremongering? | ||
