Sent home from hospital today, 2 nights in is enough for anybody.
I asked my "friend" to take me to sainsburys as I have nothing in and even though I don't fancy much I do need to eat. While I was waiting to pay, feeling rather sorry for myslelf something strange happend. An attractive woman came over to me and said "your beautiful" stroked the side of my face and walked away.
Firstly I am not used to compliments, but what a strange compliment to give to a guy, especially a manly guy like me.
Secondly she was not a loon as you would think she must be. Just a rather well dressed, attractive woman with a sparkle in her eye.
As she walked away I stood there with my mouth open wondering what the hell that was about. Something weird and spooky going on. This is gonna sound really daft and stupid but it felt be be because of what is happening to me, it was a message in some way to cheer me up.

accept in the spirit it was given. It is hard for everyone to graciously accept compliments, especially slightly bizarrhe ones. maybe its 'just what you needed' this afternoon.
