Hi, was just wondering if anyone knows of any similar events to Pedestal in the Manchester area or North West, we cant all travel to London and i would love to attend one of these Goddess worship events, many thanks, s. | |||

We need a whole lot of events in the North - the organized people all seem to cluster around the south east - our natural enemies Grrr Grrr etc ... (or opposites  )If anyone has ideas, locations or anything in mind I would be keen to help out .

On a monthly basis as pedastal no! There a few one offs held close to the North West; Leicestershire was a fairly recent Fem Dom night. @MistressRouge runs an SM night in Birmingham where the ladies are in charge, it seems to have a good reputation, and if it was my kick I would definatly check it out. Have a check through the profile posts of @MistressJuliaPink . Julia ran a FemDom night back in January in North Manchester, it was a tremendous success and it also raised £900 for charity. See this old thread below for further info http://www.informedconsent.co.uk/posts/289945/ I see no reason not to have two per year as some else has said there is clearly a gap in the market. I havn't seen Julia for a while as I guess she is up to her eyeballs with stuff at the moment, new roof, personal stuff and wanting to launch a successor to the now defunct Club666. So you might have to wait a while for Julia's next FemDom night, unless you have a repertoire of Jedi mind tricks to convince a Domme to run one sooner.

I beg to differ. The Midlands has a scene that I'd dare to suggest is as vibrant and varied as the London scene. There is at least one play event on every weekend, and numerous munches all over the place. It really isn't that difficult to organise an event. The hardest part is finding a venue. Once you have that - the rest simply takes time, energy, determination and a thick skin. Of course if anyone wanted to collaborate with me on a Manchester based Femdomme event I might be persuaded! I enjoy Pedestal and would love to attend a similar event without having to travel to London.
