Well Cambridge Race for Life is almost upon us as it will be this coming Sunday at 11:00am so time for one final push for sponsorship.
For me the importance of cancer research and cancer funding came even closer again early this year as I discovered a lump in my breast.
I had a referral to the breast clinic and appointment within 2 weeks of seeing the doctor. I was lucky a couple of weeks of internal panic was all I had to deal with as my lump turned out to be nothing to worry about. But many are not so lucky.
