Out of interest, which US state was this in? On top of the other replies, he may well have thought that you were some kind of US law enforcement officer trying to entrap him. Have to say, if such US Police go to such lengths to entrap someone I think they deserve a pat on the... bottom. In the US sodomy laws are complex dependent on whether you are same sex, different sex, married or unmarried, etc, and vary from state to state. You can do serious jail time in the US in certain states dependent on where you do it and who you do it with. Edited to add: Look at New York! It is legal for unmarried hetrosexual and gay couples to sodomise each other, but once you get married then it becomes illegal. Only in America!

You managed to miss the eight or nine times it said 'prior to 2003'. Also sex between gay married couples was illegal prior to 2003, because in New York until about three months ago same-sex marriage itself was illegal. ... but yeah, aside from that, I think you're right about that entrapment thing. It is possible, when I was but a wee young thing I remember a similar mix up, we were fucking normally and I was really wet so he was well lubed and I had my legs up high and he was pulling right out between strokes, and I guess slipped, either way, he went right in deep and didn't know as he was looking at my face not the other bits. He felt really bad afterwards as he hadn't meant to do that and he never did it again for years so am pretty certain it was a genuine mistake. Can happen. | ||
