Come on guys, be honest. I know a lot of us are trolls at heart. Especially us single guys. Will anyone admit to the bulk post spamming method? Who doesn't read the profiles? Anyone prepared to admit to the "kneel bitch" strategy? (even if you were new/inexperienced at the time) Me? Since my return to IC a few months ago I've probably sent maybe a dozen unsolicited memos at the most. I read every last word of their profiles - even the stupidly long ones. Sometimes I just say whay a good/funny/interesting profile they have. Sometimes I am actively seeking a partner.

Just to contribute to the statistics, People I know I memo regularly. People I dont know I memo very rarely, it has to be because something about them has struck a chord with me. I do not troll or bulk mail. Sadly the memos are hardly ever recipricated regardless of content or interest and if they are its usualy less than ten words.
Thats the nature of an unexpected greeting though, theres no law that says people are forced to say hello back

To those I know I try to keep in contact with on a regular basis to see how they're doing, or even who they are doing. I think I may also be broken or just shy; If memory serves I dont think I have sent an unsolicited memo here to someone I don't know.... That's always been my evil twin! Hi I have only sent a few memos at present but only to those who hold interest to me. I don't believe in bulk messaging or spamming as it just seems a lazy way of finding someone and i am sure the reciever would see it that way too. I prefer to memo before using chat too just to establish interest as i know no one likes to have there time wasted on any site such as these. I wish i had known about this site long ago!
Thank you to all those i have been in contact with so far.

But how many of them were unsolicited? Be the change you want to see in the world. - Gandhi.

Umm... well it was about party info.. and I did have to send them all TWICE cos I had my 'I'm a dork' tee shirt on when I sent the original ones and failed to copy/paste properly.... I think I've not sent any unsolicited 'come here I wanna hurt you' memos since I got knocked back by a cutie... he was quite...forthright about it. The ego took a knock! A few, usually when prompted by an interesting post. Occasionally when prompted by a post, I will check out a profile, and if bondage gets more than a passing mention, I might put out feelers. Distance is certainly a factor. Anyone not in the south east corner (or with UK as a location) barely gets a look in. 'Kneel bitch' memos? Seriously???
I always read the profile of anyone I memo, or memos me. I think it's only polite. Owner of The Croppery Dungeon and Breakfast. Organises The St Leonards munch.
