i am writing this for my own selfish reasons, so please forgive me.. Also i dont know where else to put this, so i thought i would put this on the weblog board...
This evening, Channel 4 are showing a special investigation, featuring devastating new evidence of alleged war crimes in Sri Lanka..It has been screened at the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva, as pressure mounts for action.
Alot of people are ignorant about what is happening in Sri Lanka and i am hoping this film will open peoples eye up to the on going situation in such a beautiful country..
Please people can Y/you watch it... Channel 4, seem to be the only people who have been "telling the truth" about all that has gone on in this beautiful country... Channel 4 has been "kicked out" of Sri Lanka on numerous occassions because they are reporting the truth, the truth which the world at large has been sheilded against!!!
Why am i so pasionate about Sri Lanka??? because i have a Sri Lanka husband who has seen some more horrendous things done to the Tamil people at the hands of the Sri Lankan army...

I am totally supportive large Tamil population near me, Tamil friends. Would live to visit but will not do so with current regime |
