Bottling up any emotion especially negative ones is self-destructive, its how and when you express that emotion that matters. If l am angry, or pissed at my dom then l would stop think about how to say what is annoying me and then say so and hopefully in a way that won't involve a full scale argument. I have learnt never to stew over things that have upset, hurt or annoyed me...

As @MissKimberley has quite rightly said, we are humans first and sub second. Yes i can get angry, although very seldom and it takes alot, but when i do i like to have my say and get it out in the open. I blow up and cool down just as quick. If i have to suffer in silence it will just eat away at me and be blown completely out of proportion.
