Not exactly "approved by Council". The Council just said that, as a private event, it was not within their powers to do anything about it. Still, a more helpful attitude than at some Councils. | |||

I remember a similar press article the first time that MdS was held in Weston-s-Mare. Quite expected to find pickets outside the venue waving placards. The reality is that most people really don't care. These stories are just run to sell a few more papers. | |||

That report was in May 2010. The cave has since opened and closed again. I believe it was supposed to be openign again at the beginning of this year, but as far as I know it never did. Shame really as it was a great club in a beautiful setting.

What made me smile , was one of the comments from a resident of Grotto street . Taken out of context hasn't that got to be one of the worst addresses going.
