Ha, so it does. That was the actual postcode though, just removed it. It's under Markies, that'll do. http://www.facebook.com/obedienceschool http://www.etickets.to/buy/?e=6804 - tickets onsale now

So, with just over a week to go - any ICers planning on coming along to this? I need to extract myself from a work event and am trying to decide if it's worth the risk of getting spotted on my way to/from since it's in the city centre on a Sat night - and it will still be daylight up here then!

I am planning/hoping to go along to it. A few others who frequency the F&T munch have also expressed an interest.
I'm sure you will think up some excuse

Ooh - so there will be some friendly faces - fab I have memo'd the organisers to find out if there is a changing room and/or cloakroom. Otherwise I might just get the shortest taxi ride ever and go door to door!

I've still not yet decided. The late start is putting me off slightly. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I can understand the late start being off-putting - interestingly The Tunnels website says doors at 9, which is much more reasonable. Something else to ask the organiser about.

I'm not that impressed by the late start either Is anyone interested in going out for food before it? My plan is to stay over in a hotel, and most likely won't be fed before I arrive so would be looking to get something either in the hotel, or one of the places near by. There was a good pizza place on Holburn St (called Josephines's perhaps?) but was busy last time so booking probably needed. Bollocks spoken like an real expert.

The late start is due to one of the rooms being already booked until 10:30. We didn't want a start that late either, but we are open for an hour later than usual which makes up for it. That being said, I've heard nothing from the venue about the other thing that was booked, unless it was a private party, so I can see about a 10pm opening time if this isn't going ahead. Would that be of interest? http://www.facebook.com/obedienceschool http://www.etickets.to/buy/?e=6804 - tickets onsale now |
