Dismantling the sideboard at home this afternoon, Himself leers at me. "Look dear I've got something for you, that I found down the back of the shelves."
Now I love pressies and surprises, but, dear reader, I should have know better. Grasping me firmly round the waist, he opened his hand to show me an long, sharp sewing needle. Gulp. My legs went weak and I melted against him.
"Where would you like me to put it?"
It took a certain amount of will power to suggest that the best place would be my sewing box. He let me go so fast I almost fell down, and grinned broadly, "I'd thought you'd like that." Smug bastard, good job I love him, or there'd be some shin kicking going on.
Seriously though, I love it when he teases me and boy does he do a good wind up. He just loves to see me squirm under any circumstances. Lucky for me his GSOH fits with mine and we usually end up in fits of giggles. To quote Anne McCaffrey "A good laugh restores the soul" (Not to mention the immune system.)
I do hope he'll feel like playing tonight, I spent most of the morning working on my lastest piece of erotica, so now I'm all stirred up.
For those few of you who are wondering if I managed to dance last night, then 'yes' is the answer. A total stranger asked me to waltz (so, so flattering to be picked out, ain't it) and then himself and I just managed a little ABBA before my bum gave out. I love how we are both so secure with each other that the admiration of outsiders doesn't cause jealousy but the other half is flattered- after all, it just shows what good taste they have. We have agreed our limits with friends and strangers and we keep on negotiating them as we come up against new experiences.
That's one really good thing that's come from getting involved with BDSM. We've always talked, but now we hardly seem to stop. When a circumstance arises when either of us isn't sure what the other's response will be, we discuss it and ask for clarification. "What if..." has caused a lot of thought provoking argument. Fun to learn something new about someone you thought you had pegged to T.
