They promise a lot of pain, but so do regular nipple clamps and they don't really hurt me. So I like something with a lot of a pinch.

You might want to get the 12mm version - I have one "man-sized" unpierced nipple, and one previously-pierced "woman-size" nipple, and th epinch is very much stronger on the smaller one.

They really do build up over time though - I'm a lover of clover clamps and it's not unknown for me to wear them for getting on for an hour, but these magnets really do start to hurt after a bit! They pinch and build up in a different way from clamps though - they don't do much to start with but will *really* kick in after a while.
