I miss it 
It's been an age since I've had a decent spooning. I've started to realise how important it is to me. I think it should be on the Fetishes list on here.
I once had the perfect spooner (or was he the spoonee?). Just the right match of groin/bum, knee front/knee back, surplus arm/shoulder alignment. There have been transient spooners since then but never quite the perfect fit.
Do you think it would be reasonable to try potential new partners out for spoon compatibility before committing to anything? A sort of spoon casting couch?
I think I need to get out more.....

Aaah, nothing beats a good spooning ... well, maybe not nothing ... I mean, it could come a close second to snuggling in 'the nook', or a really good snog ... but I'd really have to think about it a bit more to come up with a clear winner. I think you should have it as a requirment on your profile. You should find out the measurements i.e. leg, arm, torso etc length of your perfect spooner (you are the spoonee) and invite applications from people with those vital statistics only.

I've always loved spooning, it is lovely and warm and comforting, but.....as I was always the one behind,(spooner?) wrapping my arms around her and snuggling, after a while, the arm that is under her body loses circulation and goes numb. So, I want someone to invent a mattress with a little arm-shaped trench so it can stay wrapped under and around a partner for longer without the risk of gangrene setting in. Aint I the romantic one...

I am crap at spooning, i can never get comfortable or get to hot, prefer holding the person being the spooner i think, but spoonie has its good points, anyway I am getting better at accepting and giving it, and that hole just cuddling stuff. A trial spooning criteria I reckon should be added, as well as other trails, i.e do they chomp when they eat, what decibel snoring comes in at lol and many a more!

Ah well, my perfect spooner was a fair bit taller than me so he used to put the surplus arm over my shoulder and then under a pillow. That way he didn't get crushed by my rather ample torso AND I had something comfy to put my head on. Perhaps I was spoilt in being introduced to quality spooning so early in my life.

mmmmmmmm MeanMachine is a very good spooner... He gets very hot though, like nuclear, so I have to pull away after a while are swap, Me spooning Him though ends up being a cuggle cuz I am too short to spoon... *smooches* | |
