I just want to here from folk that's been branded or given a branding with a branding Iron please. I can kinda here the ssssssss noise as the irons hit my skin. No I have no idea where on my flesh He wishes to put it sadly, but that's going to be another wonderful head fuck!!
When it was suggested in O/our conversation I though 'No Fucking way' Tatt maybe, as I have them already on my breast and back and they were easy. Just the odd scratch, so yea bring it on!! but H/he just looked with that kinda look and said 'with Irons' and I thought 'O fuck, I'm doomed'.
Now months later, I have warmed to the idea, so I'm just researching and asking questions about hot Iron Branding, the safety and health issues that can occur...
OMG! W/we now even have a framed picture up on the wall in the dungeon area of a women getting a branding, thanks to H/him as a reminder as to what's to come.
I would like to know some more and read about what other people have to say about their experiences please. The questions buzzing in my head are: What does it feel like: What was the smell really like: what's the intensity: did any one have an organism when having it done: did anyone pass out with the pain: how long is the iron on the skin: how safe is it: how long will it take to heel etc etc

Edited to say: I can not believe I'm now seriously asking qustions and considering His Branding, when months ago I thought No Fucking way, not a chance in Hell, never mind life.

The first and most important piece of advice. Human skin is not the same as cow hide. If you use a big lump of metal, you will end up with a major burn with no definition. It will take weeks to heal, with all the associated problems of keeping it free from infection. There's a lot more advice, and expertise, available on FetLife, than there is available in this country. Join the Hot Iron Branding group, and do plenty of research first.

That last line turned me on soooooo much as sit here and twicth. Dam!! Thank you for your advice Shibari_Cognoscenti. I am at the moment trying to ask questions, reseach and learn as much as I can because it's not going to be a tomorrow day thing.

You're doing the right thing, taking your time and doing the research... Its not something that anyone can just pick up and do and get even averagely acceptable results. As already said, most amateur efforts result in a big indistinguishable blob, which is an unattractive burn. To get the right definition, you need surprisingly thin, surprisingly small, widely separated elements, and the temperature needs to be absolutely right, and it might need more than one go, depending on what you are trying to achieve or build up. I would look for someone who has done it, and can show you actual results, and then go from there. Don't assume that by reading up a bit that anyone can do it successfully, it aint that simple. hi angel lover, i remember a year ago when i told you i was going to be branded and you saying ekk and remember its permanent!!
anyways i got branded by stephen from here http://www.edgeplay.co.uk/home.asp
the occasion was special as J got the same brand as me , which was a brand he designed for us, which we felt made the whole experience extremely personal to us.
did it hurt no stephen held the brand in place for about 3 seconds at a time.
it didn't get infected and aftercare was minimal ~ just a normal wash as and when.
and apart from the smell of bacon which lasted in the front room for ages i'd had another brand done tomorrow!
a year on and my brand gets many comments and i absolutely love it.

another idea is skin or cell popping. done with a heated needle to a pattern on the skin. the effect can be good and will last. | |

I love the idea of a Brand but it just seems too (potentially) dangerous with the possibility of too many things going wrong-too painful/high risk of infection/temporary loss of use of the Branded body part maybe. I don't know enough about it to know all the risks, but it's something I'd consider doing if I ever find someone who knows what they're doing, and oh yeah, a sub to do it on!. Sadder still to watch it die than never to have have known it. |
