That's very interesting.
But then I reckon a lot of those ex KGB guys like Lebedev are probably quite kinky 'Who the hell wants to hear actors talk?' - Harry M. Warner, 1927

It's an article in a paper, there because it will titillate readers and fill space. Tomorrow it will be an article on something equally obscure like some weird sport which seems interesting. If BDSM was mainstream there wouldn't articles about it. How many articles do people on here mention about going to restaurants or gardening? Rohypnol means never having to say "Would you like another coffee?".

Very interesting. Does this mean ES reporters are kinky and the NofW reporters are nuns? http://empressm7.uboot.com/ http://www.socialkink.com/empressmartine Vampire, pro/lifestyle ts dom/switch.Ageplay mummy/aunty/AB,medical play, domestic, energy, outdoor specialist."Awsome! I went to this brilliant exhibition at the natural history museum. http://www.nhm.ac.uk/visit-us/whats-on/temporary... 3 things: 1. Snails engage in a form of S&M and Lions in poly (but that is a no brainer). 2. 'The story of O' was in the gift shop.
Mainstream? Never....

Maybe alt sexuality is hard wired into nature. And no matter what the press thinks. It is already mainstream. http://empressm7.uboot.com/ http://www.socialkink.com/empressmartine Vampire, pro/lifestyle ts dom/switch.Ageplay mummy/aunty/AB,medical play, domestic, energy, outdoor specialist."Awsome! It sounds genuine to me (despite the repeated comments below the article); she clearly was observing but lacked the vocabulary (jargon) to identify the "ping pong bat shaped whips" and X shaped device. I think it is evidence that BDSM is becoming more mainstream, albeit gradually. This is for the long term good as it becomes less and less possible for governments and employers to discriminate against people if we're considered fun loving and uninhibited rather than dangerous perverts. Of course it may not be very welcome to any for whom part of the thrill is being out of the mainstream. "Wisdom begins in wonder” (Socrates)

I suspect the writer of the piece knows exactly what she is talking about... "I retaliate with a thwack from a dressage whip"

...big question; can anyone identify the venue by the description? Mrs LL's big grip about hiring a play-space is that when we have done it in the past you are aware of the presence of the 'dungeon keeper' - plus (slightly less rationally) she is worried about being kidnapped. Somewhere you turn up to and put a key-code into sounds ideal. |
