I chanced upon IC by accident. I didn't know it existed before the start of this week and look here I am writing a web log on it. Thats scary stuff for me. I don't join anything. I MEAN ANYTHING. And I really don't open up, ever.
But IC is terrific. Praise to Tanos and his team. This is a great website. It feels safe and it feels honest and unthreatening. Quite a lot of that is down to the sites simple and clever design. This site is a shining example of what makes the web so great. This is a life changing web site. And yes I shall be making a donation just as soon as I get a few good replies to my ad 
As it becomes bigger and better known IC may change. I say this to the longer serving members. There may be more people like me. Shy, uncertain people with little real life experience of BDSM, only their fantasies and a box full of unused toys. The mix of people may change. I say this because I've just spent the previous weeks trawling various dating sites. These are littered with sad women trying to express in coded ways what they really want. Quote: 'looking for a man to obey my ever whim.' Sorry love, do you mean you're looking for a full on F/m relationship or is that a jokey way of saying you're a bit of a brat?
I've noticed that the active people on the site are wise and supportive and as yet I've seen little or nothing of the childish flaming that goes on on other forums. Long may that be the case.
Don't know how this is going to pan out. Maybe it'll all be a huge disappointment and I'll have dropped out in a weeks time. Lets see how it goes.
