Ahoy to all, Am certainly hoping to be there on Sunday after breaking my unbeaten run last month of continuous Swamps since Swamp began. It felt very strange not be be there on the day. Well, the stitches are out, virtually all of the swelling in my wrist has gone and the scar has healed, however there is still some swelling to my knee, but the good news is my physiotherapist has downsized me from crutches to a single walking stick now - so all I need is a flat cap and whippet (but only if it's not doing as it's told Ooh-err!) and I'll begin to feel even older. Special thanks to Mistress for playing nursemaid and driver over the last month (although the little call bell idea I'd had was not as successful as I'd hoped, having to have it surgically removed within hours of using it!!!) and thanks to all those people who wished me a speedy recovery.
