Has anyone else had problems with UrbanRubber on ebay (also known as UrbanMill)? I seem to have been blacklisted by them (according to Ebay customer services) for no obvious reason aside from the fact that about 6 months ago I queried an item's description after I bought it. I considered that it was all handled well and the result was positive feedback so it seems unlikely but now I can not bid on their items or send them messages, my emails are ignored and while I'm thinking, "fuck it, I'll take my business elsewhere", their products and prices are good. I just wondered if anyone else had had this issue with them? | |

Hi,
you are not the first and no doubt you will not be the last customer to be banned abused or threatened by this company, if you check his feedback out you will see he has accumalated a high number of negative feedback reports though he has hidden the comments so you cant see what the exact issue was. You will have to register at rubberpal to read them but if you cant i can tell you this guy has a terrible reputation and he should be avoided at all costs, he gives the entire latex industry such a bad name as his service is non existant and he is known for threatening people that he falls out with. There are plenty of people that sell latex that will treat you with respect and give you an excellent service. Do yourself a favour and talk to some of them. Chris

If you are banned from their site why do you want to give them your money? There is more than one rubber clothing retailer around. I doubt if their stuff is unique as the fashion industry is notorious for copying everything. Rohypnol means never having to say "Would you like another coffee?". | |

These people are notoriously bad. They have the worst reputation of any rubber supplier in the UK - how they maintain their business is a complete mystery. Avoid them like the plague. There are dozens of really good rubber suppliers. Join Rubberpal and look at the list of suppliers. There is more than one way to skin a cat but there is only one try per cat |
