It was kinda, sorta, a false alarm, or rather a warning tone

I've had the full menu of tests, prods and appointments and even an amuse-bouche of osteopathy for fun. Apparently I've got to take it a bit easier.....

Thanks for your lovely wishes and thoughts - and now I'm back from the brink of 'the back'!
