I don't vote any more and regard most politicians as liars and corrupt. Locally we have entire families of Labour councillors who just seem to exist to rake in their expenses and get in because they're Labour and you've got to vote for them, as some moron once told me when I questioned why a councillor needed £ 30,000 in expenses. |

I fully agree with the sentiment KinkyKumbrian, however the corruption and lies are not confined to Labour alone.
What grates about them however is the brazen hypocrisy from a party which purportedly pursues socialist ideals and equality. The following is a brief roll call of venal "New" Labour crooks and liars who have exploited their positions for their own benefit - Blair, both Millitwits, Kinnock, Balls, Mandelson etc, etc....to list them all would take all day!

Locally as they've been in power since the thirties and can always rely on their hardcore vote to keep them in, Labour are the main crooks where I live. Also the local MP claims £ 160,000 a year in expenses, how does he travel, by hired jet or something to justify this much. However, the other two parties have just as many liars and crooks, remember Lord Archer? |
