Interesting idea, and knowing you, it will be very well led and the content will be very professional. I'm with DanesWood on the division between Kink-related add-ons and culture related add-ons. The add-ons need to be tailored.

I can see a whole host of bright, poly, single, or shy kinky folk trekking out to meet others and go 'en masse' to some suitable kinky event after spending the previous day working together on PD, which would make for an interesting day/night out.

Having been on a weekend course with Dossie Easton, I think one of the key issues for kink related stuff is balance between the various orientations, so no-one feels left out. She also ran a one afternoon 'preview' course with a discount for the full w/e if you attended both.

For the non-kinky, having a full, balanced week-end with shared visits to other things would make a huge difference to those who have to do CPD and see it as a bit of a chore..another week-end 'lost' to work-related stuff being the normal pattern.

Good luck with the planning and feel free to keep asking for feedback :-)
