You stumble, you fall, you cry, you get up and fall in love again.

It happens and it might happen again. That is life.

And somewhere inbetween you find happiness.

I very rearly use this site, just when i need a break from my normal life. just wondering what you guys think is the best cure for a broken heart?

Pickin yourself up, dusting youself off and gettin out there and living. And you can guarantee that one day you wont be the onw wishing they hadn't screwed things up!!!

Ice cream, good friends, plenty of tears and...time. Possibly more than you think...but you'll never loose your bounce (or sparkle) you just might not be able to see it for a bit, but don't worry...we still will. *hugs*

Spend time with good friends - the sort who're always there for you no matter what.

Distract yourself by learning musical instrument.

Give it time. There's no real cure for a broken heart, but after a while it does at least become bearable.

Go and do something for you, take a little time out too pamper or experience something you enjoy.....have some me time....don't get negative with whoever they are it only ends badly.

it has to be a 2way street, not one sided, except it however hard that maybe and let it go.
