Just to update you all..
I've another little boy, born 14th April 2:31pm, complicated delivery which saw a few seconds of my life seem like a lifetime-heard him cry finally and weighed in at a teeny 6lb 13oz, all perfect and adorable.
Got home just over 24 hours later and now just got to teach him about the whole difference between night and day thing
