Being almost a novice to the scene I was told that I had to work on three poses. One with my hands behind my head and legs apart, the second where I am not to make eye contact and must stare at the floor, legs have to be apart and my palms are open facing out with the back of my hands touching my inner thighs, then there is the third where if my mistress is seated I must be on my knees with my hands behind my head. I know that these poses are relevant in showing submission to my mistress and allowing them to inspect me, making sure I have presented myself to their standards. However: I have forgotten the words that accompany these poses. What are the poses called and are there more.

This is Gorean stuff really. You might have better luck on their boards (do they have any here? If not I know there are some on fetlife and other places). However, if you're working on getting the poses right and forgot the words, I'd ask your Mistress. I'd say she's teaching you, she should be willing to be patient with lapses as long as you ask for help. But yes, Goreans will know what you're after. There might be some here, but I think many people will point out that not all subs have set poses or phrases - most don't in fact. Nothing wrong with it! But it's more of a niche thing, as I understand.

I think the words that go with the first pose are.."It's a fair cop guvnor."
