i chart (follow my cycle like a HAWK) so i know when i'm in danger of being uncharacteristically evil. In theory, i should be able to do something about it if i know it's coming, but that never seems to work. lol i'm almost always more reluctant to behave myself. Mainly i chalk it up not so much to hormones but to being extra tired during that time, and Master is usually pretty understanding, though i still get in trouble for doing anything i shouldn't. i find things more painful between ovulation and my period, though, not during - i guess because of the raised progesterone levels.
