Expectations once (? still) did a great variation on this theme- a rubber hood with the dildo on the forehead area. I think they called it a dickhead hood LOL.

Quite handy as then you'd have a sub's mouth free too

I'm planning to use it with a gimp mask so I'm really looking for one with a single strap "comfortable" buckle arrangement; and I saw one with a hole which would work well for what I have in mind I just have to remember which link it was

I have some experience of these and have been a saddle so Mistress sits on it rather than me pushing whilst kneeling. The prone position allows for extended use and for me meant that juices dripped down the dildo which eventually found their way into my mouth which was more frustrating.
