If you were wondering if there was a simple way to work out what day of the munch the MWM is on. ... There is! It is very simple first work out what day of the month is the first**. Second using the day number (where 0 is Sunday and 6 is Saturday) of the first day of the month Apply the simple formula 31-day1! If that month does not have that day subtract 7. **from last month the get the first day we use the simple formula. Mod(C+Y+M+D+L,7) For this year C=5 D=1 Y=11 L=3 so since we are doing mod 7 this reduces to 6 and we need to add the month number 0>=Jan Oct 1>=May 2>=Aug 3>=Feb Mar Nov 4>=June 5>=Dec Sep 6>= Jul Apr Which reduces to 31-Mod(6+M,7) So for the rest of the year April =31-5 =26 May = 31-0 =31 June = 31-3 =28 July = 31 - 5 =26 Aug = 31 -1 =30 Sep = 31 - 4 =27 Oct = 31 - 6 = 25 Nov = 31 - 2 =29 Dec = 31 -4 =27
