Flat share works as long as you will allow a pet dog - she's house trained. Otherwise looking for a house/flat share sans dog.
If looking to move into a flat you'd be sharing with myself, @ToxicTigger and my dog (Who is my primary concern) a room in a flat share you'd be getting @ToxicTigger and me visiting frequently - sans dog.
