Whaaaa the F . . . ? Making a sub's jaw ache and watching her try to beg through it to be released, while drooling down her front, is one of the great joys of bdsm. I use a full head harness in rubber straps with a hard rubber ball that is slightly bigger than usual and a thick rubber pad or muzzle to force it in the mouth as tightly as possible. I'd be happy to recommend the maker.

OK, maybe I wasn't clear enough. What I was concerned about was the possibility of injuring her jaw. For me, injury has no place in what I do.

Alas that's a perennial problem, "one size fits most" will never fit everyone eg not long ago I had a customer who wanted a gag made with a *two and a half inch* ball as his sub could open her mouth *really* wide! However, from experience and 13 1/2 years of selling gags at fetish markets, the 1 1/4" and 1 1/2" gag balls work for most people.

Tolerance - hmmmmmm why would we want that then? The inevitable jaw ache is part of the inherent joy of wearing the ball gag n'est pa? The exquisite pain that comes when it's too uncomfortable to wear anymore yet well aware that the removal will leave the jaw feeing unsupported and burning. Possibly just me then.......
ETA - I can only speak from personal experience from the injury perspective - I have worn a ball gag for extended periods (read hours) and, whilst it has taken a while for the ache to disappear, it always has. Massage is useful to bring the muscles back to life.

I think a slave should work towards wearing a gag for at least a couple of hours at a time. Maybe the type of gag will have to be changed every 2-3 hours once fully trained. I like to see a little pool of drool as this usually makes a sub feel strange, it is not natural to dribble and hightens the sense of helplessness. I love it done to me, and love doing it to someone else for the first time
