....from what I understand they have chosen the new venue to make up for last year and putting a lot of effort into making it a much better event

was very much looking forward to being on the boat and enjoying the view (both kinky and classically scenic)

I had planned to go(was invited) but the BASTARD who invited me ages ago (they even confirmed two weeks ago how they were looking forward to attending with me) but have not bothered to get in touch with me in the last few days(and after I turned down two other invitations in the last few weeks (because I had accepted earlier invitation and given my word to attend with the person in question,will not use the word gentleman) am now left without event companion or ticket at the last minute (I am far from amused )

I think having the function on a boat will breath fresh air into the event

and that folks should give it another chance

I am pleased that the event will be held again (and that we reconnect with the energy and memories of what this event was founded on and the people who have made it so special in our hearts and our calenders)

If you miss it, you could always go to the same venue as TG on Friday 10th June. £27 for non-members, I believe.

TG had their Sunday night Birthday Ball event at this venue and it was fantastic.
