Not directly but the couple I saw playing with floggers at Love Parade in Berlin (1991 ish) @TiggerGlasgow without her noticing my tongue in cheek comments towards spanking etc on another website I'd probably still be looking at BDSM porn etc.. online. The Cruel Huntress Hunts without this event I would have walked away from it all. I lost all enjoyment until I went to this event and rekindled my love for pain. @Numbers at the hunt he didn't realise but it was his love for pain and watching him that helped rekindle my lust for the same. @persia_porsche a mentor in all things pain related.
@subbietrouble so many good chats. Two opposites (male-female) yet so similar. I miss her IC without this site I probably wouldn't have had as much fun and met so many like minded people. hmmm, the English school disciplinary system, a girl at uni who produced a crop one drunken night, plus the fact I used to love dominant, physically tough female movie characters like Mayday in A View To A Kill and the Cynthia Rothrock films. Also as my knowledge grew, I used to love the Mistress Collette character in Band of Gold and fantasised about her heels on my back. I'm very touched by this @OllieVW, and thinking about it you've definitely been a real positive influence for me as well. You're still the *only* other I've found who enjoys pain in the same way as me; direct pleasure from pain and pain for pain's sake. I think it's been really helpful to have met you this time around, as when I dropped out from the scene all those years ago it was mainly as there weren't any others into what I liked around (well, that and also, it can't be denied all the mad road trips/parties etc were all very much worthwhile! I had a ball.) Mainly though, it's been just fantastic to have had someone to be able to discuss a mutual passion for pain with, and for that I owe you. Made some lovely friends (lima, cake JJust etc who made it a fantastically fun time) but as far as influences go I guess the main ones are the few people I met way back then (97/98) who became good friends and showed me, right from the start, that you can be perves *and* good guys, all at the same time. Those special people would be firstly @Bohnanza who's remained a good guy (yes, truly!) who just happens to enjoy kink - a very specially lovely guy. Same goes for Alex, despite the fact he abandoned Scotland long long ago, and also bunny and Fionna who helped me without hesitation through very very hard times when I was being put through it due to being a perve. Just great people who happen to be perves. Lastly, but not leastly!, my slave @kreibebe. Through him I've learnt that, for me, it takes the *right* person to inspire my creative kinky enthusiasm and he's been open minded and willing (if sometimes needing a little persuasion!) right through the continuing shared search for new intensities. Couldn't have done it without you xxx (getting all emotional as it's a year coming up!) I'm loud and I'm vulgar, and I wear the pants in the house because somebody's got to, but I am not a monster.
