Most schools say they have a zero tolarance of bullying yet even in such places it occurs. authorities will often deny it occurs even in the face of large amounts of evidence.
The same goes for the work place. In a previous job a few years back I too was being bullied by my female line manager, despite my enjoying sub play with Dominant females her bullying was never fun and it took the form of mocking my work, claiming credit for my work and reducing my hours thereby reducing my pay. I complained at the time but senior management closed ranks and it was me who was forced to leave.
Which brings me on to bullying here on IC. I am I hasten to add not the recipient but a Domme friend has had her life made a misery by another Domme through a constant barrage of insults and undermining her dominant/sadistic capability to other members here on IC.
I know she has complained yet the bullying continues unabated. Others are aware yet are afraid perhaps to support the victim. The perpetrator has great sway it would appear. Surely as right thinking adults we should all condemn bullying and bullies.
If it was a man bullying a woman the entire board would be in uproar yet when its woman on woman it seems more acceptable though indeed that should not be the case.
Clearly I am not going to name names the two ladies in question know who they are but whatever the reasons behind it now is the time to stop before it goes any further.

TBH, LJ, I haven't noticed any at all. Granted, I don't read *all* the threads. Maybe it is not a case of people not caring, but that it is worded in such a way that only those two know what is going on? Or most people just don't see it? @Play_Space - next date is Sunday, February 20. |

We are all vulnerable to this and it is invisible to readers unaware of a situation to pick up on. The best form of defence is to log off. This is not school or the work place, it is somewhere we can choose not to be. Witterings behind one's back don't actually count for anything on the scene as anyone worth an opinion will treat such with a pinch of salt and the person doing the mud-slinging won't look too good, anyway. Not 100% sure of whom you speak but there was some unpleasantness in the chatrooms of which the assumed person was not the only recipient. This site though I must say has way less bullying as a proportion of its activity than some American sites beleive me. |
