Got in touch with a German girl who I haven't seen in a year last week. Online thing. I asked 'is it you'. And it was. Not really spoke to her because I once ruined her birthday accidentally. I'll explain.
I met her whilst in Germany in 2009. Got talking, even though she didn't speak a lot of English. Anyway we got on and she said I should come back for her birthday. So I did. But before I got there the 2nd time she said she thought she loved me and I was 'the perfect man'. Eep. I thought it was a bit weird but went anyway.
So got there. And all of a sudden she has a boyfriend. Fair enough. We all went to the rock club. I ended up chatting to this young moroccan bird. At which point the other girl got upset and stormed off home. On her birthday. After that I spoke to her a couple of times but only briefly.
And thus, I got in touch last week. The usual 'oh how are you' (wie gehts?) etc etc. "Oh I've moved out now to Manchester, you should come visit England sometime" I said. 2 days later she tells me shes coming over in the summer. Okay...
Then the next day she posted a status saying 'staying at Kev's in Manchester for 2 weeks in the summer'. 2 weeks. 2... hang on. 2 weeks? Who said 2 weeks? What am I going to do with her for 2 bloody weeks?
I admire the sociopathy of it. But even so, surely 1 is enough. Manchester really isnt the place to spend 2 weeks holiday. There's nothing pretty here.
I'm just hoping I'm not in a relationship when she does visit. That's going to be a hard one to manage. But if not it could be fun. Providing she doesn't fall in love with me and refuses to go home. But if she lives with me for 2 weeks she'll no doubt soon see the light...
It's all going to end in tears. Woo.

I started dating a girl years ago, nilla, and she told my landlord she was moving in(I rented a room in his house he was also a good friend), not me just him, after having a row with my landlord/friend calling each other nuts etc we realised she was nuts.
so from my limited experience my best advice would be run for it. | |
