Over an hour on the phone making a total of 4 1/2 hours, on day 5, of trying to get a headed email off Vodafone to prove I own a phone the Halifax that already accepted my details when I registered insurance with them last year.
To say I am annoyed is a minor understatement.
Currently on hold as a manager tries to find the SLA for email responses. Why he needs to prove that to me I do not know and once I come off hold he will be asked why I have been on hold, this time, for 20 minutes!!!!!!!
So, the CEO of Vodafone UK has just had an email.

Still not resolved (how hard it is to send an official email?) and now waiting for a call back from a manager I have raised a complaint about. Ready to kill!! It is not what you say or do but the way you say or do it

Do you have a twitter account? The speed of response you get when you name & shame on there is amazing by comparison. Watford Munch is on the 3rd Tuesday of every month.

I do have a Twitter but never use it. May be time to resurrect it! I finally got the email I wanted and called the Halifax (who my phone is insured with) to ask if it was now sufficient. I had been told the 2 I had sent previously were not enough. They said my claim was processed 2 motherfooking days ago (okay the did not say motherfooking) but my model of phone was out of stock and would have to wait another 4 days. They would then offer me an alternative if it had not come in. I screamed when I hung up It is not what you say or do but the way you say or do it

This is what me and Muvva do in a case like this...get the CEO's name...look him/her up on TRACESMART...write to him/her at their home address...send the letter by recorded delivery or if practical by hand (we use a big ugly fat-boy to knock on the door but that's enough about me ) around Sunday lunch-time if doing it by hand or Saturday if using the Post...this works for us. |
