I just nod and smile, because I don't actually know what it is. I know punk, and I know steam, so I envisage some kind of rave where people dress up as punks, that traditionally take place in steamy kitchens or great industrial sized warehouses where a lot of ironing takes place and where damp sheets hang down and the beat throbs and huge pipes rattle and splutter, and there is glitter and fiesta!
