I'm about to set off for the gym soon and as I haven't been in well over 2 years it's going to be a tough one! Weirdly though I'm really excited at the prospect of pushing my body that much and coming home aching like a bee-atch! I'm not much of a masochist normally but maybe this is my niche?
Either way - it'll make me nice and pliable and not too resistant for kinky fun times with the boy tomorrow. It's hard to put up a fight when your legs have turned to jelly goo ![]()

It is the best hurt though. OK, second best, now I come to think of it. OK, OK lots of better hurts but as you step into the shower after a good workout, you feel you've earned your down time. I'm addicted to the gym 'high' now and get antsy (is that a word?) if I don't get my fix.

Antsy is the right word My gym trip was pretty entertaining as they go...I impressed a weight trainer by lifting 110lbs with my legs for about 5 minutes and then found a kinkster in the sauna (he commented on an unusual shaped bruise on my leg)!
