February's coming up soon and it's Valentine's month. Roses and thorns, cupid's arrows, and plenty of other lovely hurty stuff for those of you who like that kind of thing. And on the first Saturday of the month, you know what that means ... The next Bristol Munch is on Sat. 5th Feb 2011.
The Munch will commence at 1pm and normally finishes roundabout 6pm. Hope to see lots of faces new and old.
You should be able to find us if you look out for our small mascot teddy bear called Munchie. He can be found sitting on the mantlepeice above the grand fireplace along with his assistant, Ponsonby Tarquin (PT for short). Please note that we strive to keep this venue safe and comfortable for all. We have attendees of great experience and complete newbies. It is in all our interests to be discreet and avoid blatantly overt behaviour or to wear Fetish/BDSM clothing at this strictly vanilla venue. We also ask you not to take any photographs without prior consent or bring any inappropriate advertising literature to the Munch. If you would like to chat with one of the hosts beforehand, hosts will be at the venue at 12:30 for meet and greet time and to answer any questions before the regular time. For more information on the venue, maps and directions on how to get there, please Click here. The Bristol Munch Team |

It looked for a bit that I wasn't going to be able to be at the Bristol munch for the whole thing, but plans change, and you're all stuck with me for the duration. I for one am looking forward to seein' y'all. Words and attitudes can be painful weapons in the modern world, which is why a knight in shining armor exercises mercy in his or her dealings with others, creating a sense of peace and community, rather than engendering hostility and antagonism. It's almost time. It may be a wet and windy day, but a warm welcome and a roaring fire awaits. See you all there! ~Twistee~ Everything is better with a twist |

Another really busy and enjoyable Bristol Munch but we didn't see any of cupid's arrows or flying around unfortunately.
PT and me loved the waterfall by the bar, that was a novel feature. Our cubby hole was pretty hot even though they had not lit the fire this time. Munchie & PT

Yup, that's got to be the first munch I've been to that had its own water feature. And no, the words shower and golden had nothing to do with it either. And who needs a fire with a hot crowd like ours packing the place out this afternoon. Big thanks to everyone who dropped in today. Looking forward to seeing you all in March. ~Twistee~ Everything is better with a twist |
