Am I the only one who finds dieting addictive, and almost sort of fun?
It always takes me a couple of days to settle into it, change how I think about food. Not allow myself croissants for breakfast, or to keep food in my room.
But after a couple of days? Denial becomes fun. Walking everywhere becomes second nature. Eating nothing but apples, special k, vegetable soup and the healthiest of whatever is on the menu in halls, is easy. And it's fun.
Of course the best thing is the results. Weight falling off you is utterly wonderful to watch. My pre Christmas jeans aren't tight any more.
I lost three pounds last week, and a subsequent one in the last couple of days.
Dr Stuarts Skinny tea, Accai berry suppliants and diet coke helps. But I'm eating 1400 calories a day and I'm not even hungry. I'm pretty sure I've shrunk my appetite.
After my essay deadlines next week I'm going to get better about going to the gym. I think a couple of sessions a week should have my body looking fucking perfect by summer.
PS. I don't need any comments about my not eating enough calories. I know my own body really well. I'm fine like this.

I'm all over this blog! I'm currently on 1100-1200 cals a day and I'm not hungry either. I crave certain flavours sure and if I can fit it into my allowance then I'll have a little bit but my overall attitude towards food is becoming much healthier. I'm also loving a good vegetable and rice stirfry coated in jerk seasoning; so spicy, so good and so low in calories! YUMMY! Exactly! It's totally possible to feel full and eat very few calories and get all the nutrients you need. This "you must eat 2000 calories a day and loose 1lb a week" stuff is such bollocks.

If you could see me I'd have my fist in the air solidarity style! For my stature I only need 1500 cals to MAINTAIN my weight; I can drop to 900 a day to lose easy. There's a reason Britain has one of the highest climbing obesity rates! It does make me a little annoyed sometimes when people bitch about my diet when they are doing far worse things to their body eating 3000 cals + a day. Go for it girly!
