what a disaster!
just cooked a lovely casserole in the oven, forgot i had put the ring on the electric cooker to cook something else, put the dish on the said ring and of course the heat of it broke the dish and the bottom fell out, casserole spewing all over top of cooker, all down the cooker and onto the floor, lots of smoke and fire alarm going off! me frantically wafting the alarm with a magazine as neighbour knocking on my doot to see if i was ok, i did mange to salvage a bowl full so all is not lost.

i did scrape enough of to make a bowl full but it did taste a bit burnt! lol
