The BDSM life style has helped me come out of my shell, it's brought vast new perspectives, and has been much fun. I started in the scene in a perfect position as a sub/pet which allowed me to explore while I follow. Since I've been getting out more on my own and have met a mix of wonderful people, I've played with a good bunch as a Top and have enjoyed it immensely. But I've found topping to only feed deeper my submissive desire, and I've not been able to find an outlet anything like that as when I had started. So I've decided to leave the BDSM life-style, it's to much to top without a sub outlet and I just think it would be healthier to leave now. If all goes well I won't feel the need to come back, if I can't shake the desire then I may have no choice to come back to be another hopeless and depressive git and sometimes a loony but happy lone player.

Edit... Thank you all for your replies and messages, after speaking to a few friends and most fortunately to my first (but also 1st) owner I've decide it would have been better to say...
"I'm going to take a break, be back after the commercials are over. "
