Its arrived!!!!
My new Book on Rope is here and it only took 2 days from Amazon with their free postage option, thought I'd be waiting bloody weeks!!

After the rope workshop on Sunday & purchasing some rope from the BBB Im diving into this one head first!! Lovin it, all of it and everything about it!
Advice needed if any kind soul can be arsed to reply to me,,,,The rope I have isnt quite thick or long enough for 'other' ties etc, would there be a good stockist online or maybe a B&Q or alternative high St outlet I can peruse for some more?
Ideally the rope I used at the workshop is perfect,, but unless you were there,, sadly I am alone with its description and unsure of the size,weight etc terminology,,,,
So, here goes then,,,

B&Q usualy have on rolls and cut to length also army & navy stores usualy have a variety of ropes, or alternativly try ebay | |||

Some good rope stockists at the BBB hun and for the more delicate and intimate ties I use good quality curtain cord, great colours and it's nice and soft and silky. Errr, is this a joke? Maybe I am suffering a temporary soh deficeit..... I certainly couldn't identify anyone who preps hemp, jute, flax etc, that agrees with this. Some oil natural cottons and others too. Some prefer mink, jojoba, tsubaki.... it's been discussed a zillion times before. Fair dinkum dude - got a fair few miles of nylon too, and yeah, don't think I've ever oiled or waxed that either.
Too much to clean every time for sure, though it's usually worth saying 'Oi bitch, suck the blood and cum juice out of this before you go', or something like that. |
