If someone is capable of fighting back and you're doing something they find hard to cope with, catching the odd punch or scratch isn't unexpected. I have a few times... a bit like a jack in the box.
The first time I did both ....it was an amazing 'buzz'... but boy oh boy for two days I felt like I had the hangover from hell! 
By the alcohol hadn't touched my mouth 
Another interesting thing that always made me think was ...the looks from onlookers ..as though in disbelief.

depends on the dynamics re hawtness  as Wild says there can only be one Domme so whilst we may co-top she is the scene controller/architect.
It's a very occasional dalliance and more with couples as it seems to balance better for us
