one book that always stuck out as an exception to that rule was "A Different Kind of Life" by Virginia Williams
Virginia is the wife of F1 team boss Frank Williams following the ups and downs of their life together and how she coped with the life changing accident that left her husband severely disabled
Frank to his credit regained control of his business and racing team despite everything.
An excellent read with the huge emotional upheavals well expressed
